Brian R. Jerome, a mediator and arbitrator, is founder of Massachusetts Dispute Resolution Services, one of the first full service firms in our state for dispute resolution. Currently, as Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section, Brian is playing a key pro-active role as an ambassador for mediation, increasing both awareness and participation in the mediation process. Thomas Smith is Executive Director and founder of Justice At Work, a non-profit organization devoted exclusively to worker’s rights. Tom has been committed to social justice since his first days as a lawyer at Greater Boston Legal Services, where he supported immigrant worker centers.
