Basic Mediation Training
CDSC’s 32-hour basic mediation training gives you hands-on skill development for responding to conflict. This training provides hands-on skill development, combining role plays, exercises and presentations.
Conflict Skills Workshops
Deal with conflict effectively and get tools for your toolbox. CDSC will customize an interactive, skill-based workshop and bring it directly to your organization or group.
Roundtables
CDSC offers a variety of seminars on topics that provide trained mediators and those interested in mediation with the opportunity to enhance their skills, apply them to current issues or events, or discuss issues surrounding mediation.
Mediation Practicum
For those who want to supplement basic mediation training with hands-on experience, CDSC offers a supervised mediation program, like an apprenticeship, called a Practicum.
Elder Care
CDSC provides mediation services that help families make decisions about how to manage the changing needs of older adults. CDSC mediators are trained to help families explore options and create solutions that respect the dignity of elderly family members and work for everyone.
