Mediation Fees for Individuals

- Our fees are per session (not per hour).
- The mediation fee is per person, based on individual (or household) gross income. A mediation session typically lasts 2-3 hours.
- Mediation fees are determined by CDSC staff at time of initial intake interview. Payment is made prior to the start of a mediation session.
- District Court Cases: In accordance with District Court policy, fees are waived for referrals to court-approved mediation programs.
- Please note that for any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice (1 business day) payment of full fee is required.

- Our fees are per session (not per hour).
- A mediation session typically lasts 2-3 hours.
- Single session fee includes the services of two mediators, working with maximum of two participants.
- There will be an additional fee of $100 per session ($50 per session for non-profit groups) for any session involving three or four participants; fees for mediations involving larger groups are subject to negotiation.
