Our Youth Conflict Resolution Programming

Our youth programming ranges from Peer Mediation in schools, to Conflict Skills Workshops in local organizations. Peer Mediation is when students mediate for their peers, for example in a school setting. CDSC supports schools in designing and building their program, and train their students in how to be mediators. Our Conflict Skills Workshops are designed for youth, focusing on conflict resolution skills and supporting youth leadership.

We also offer direct services for youth including mediation, conflict coaching, and Restorative Justice Circles.
